Fans of Purity Ring won’t have to wait another eternity for the synth-pop duo to play another hometown show.
Megan James and Corin Roddick will perform Oct. 21 at the Winspear Centre. Tickets are $25 and $35 plus service charges. On sale: June 24 via winspearcentre.com.
The Edmonton-bred pair released their second album, Another Eternity, in 2015. They played a free show in Churchill Square last summer.
Roddick recently worked on a track with Nick Jonas, but the song didn’t make the pop star’s new album, Last Year Was Complicated.
“(Corin) did say that when they first started every time they Googled themselves it would bring up stuff about us, which I felt bad about,” Jonas tells Entertainment Weekly.
Jonas, by the way, will perform Aug. 26 at Rexall Place with Demi Lovato.
